We like the indoor family onsen and breakfast. The outdoor family onsen is abt 100 steps away. The staff are friendly and helpful. However facilities are a bit old and our room’s light was sort of broken and very dim at night.

I have traveled and worked in Japan for 10 years. This hotel onsen is the finest I have visited. The baths are located in your room, in common areas and in private family baths. There is a very special bath just steps away from the hotel below a WATERFALL, that can only be described as HEAVEN ON EARTH. I will return for another week at this hotel in April. Thank you Expedia for leading me to this magnificent destination.
