"BEWARE THIS WAS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD IN US DOLLARS! It's an older vintage hotel which is fine exceot for the musty mothball smell in the hallway and our room. Staff were great and helpful. I'm not happy this was charged in Us Dollars though "

"Came home with bed bugs . absolutely nasty . apparently this is an on going issue that clearly isn’t dealt with . will never stay here again and will tell every single person i know the same thing ! 10/10 do not stay here the place has bugs and the management is a complete joke . didn’t even try to compensate the complete disaster i had to deal with . gross !"

"internet was useless. Shower controls worn out and loose. Many areas with bad repairs. No hair dryer. Can't control the heat and way to hot. door security almost non existent and not complete. TV was buffering all the time, so useless. Cleanliness a major issue. Had to be moved from the first room due to dead bugs, black mold and just a filthy room. second room slightly better. "

"The loction was great and the room was clean,but only 1 of 3 elevators was working.Being on the 15th floor that was a big inconveinience.They didn’t even put a sign on one.The hot tub was nlt much warmer than the pool,for sure colder than an average bath,and the jets were so strong the water from the hot tub was being thrown into the pool.The mens change room was closed becuase the toilet wasn’t working.Could have at least let them use it as a change room.I had a ma bring his daughter into the womens change room to use the bathroom,thank God I opted to change in the bathroom stall and not just in the room itself.Overall not worrh the money I spent to have access to a hot tub.I could have gotten a way less expensive room elsewhere that was just as clean.Do not recommend."
