"Perfectly outfitted home with everything you need for a great stay. The fruit, bread and milk were very thoughtful and appreciated as a nice start."

"This was a very convenient location with which to explore Inverness. The room was adequately sized and the shower and large tub were very nice. The double bed sagged deeply in the middle almost as if two twins pushed together. No small fridge which I always find useful when traveling. This was one of our last stays in Scotland so I was quite surprised to find none of the usual Scottish smiles and welcoming attitudes as at prior locales. "The hotel is a converted manor house with a number of extensions including a spa building with rooms above. The executive rooms in spa building are modern but dated and look like any 3 star chain hotel. The food in the pub was good as was the breakfast. The staff were helful and it was convenient to have ev charging onsite."

"The Palace is in a great location , easy walking across the bridge to the Old Town and the Inverness Castle and Museum. Staff are delightful and eager to please. The breakfast is quite good."

"Location 10 minute drive to town. We were in Annex lower level with small private patio. Breakfast was nice but service had slow start at 7:00. No idea of rooms in main building."

"Very nice clean guesthouse with helpful friendly staff. Room had all the amenities you need and parking was free"

"We were able to get an early check-in and the staff were extremely helpful."

"Chris was a wonderful host! Delicious breakfast. Great water pressure - best we’ve had so far!"

"Beautiful location and a lovely property. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I can’t wait to come back to Scotland!"

"This was my first trip to Scotland, and my first trip overseas. This property was perfect for this solo traveler, and to be honest I really could have been happy just staying at the house the entire time. Each morning and night I ate there was a culinary dream, and my room was filled with ambiance, as I awoke each day to a view of the lovely Beauly Firth. The staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The property was gorgeous, and I enjoyed magical walks through the trees...

"Totally impressed by the property and will absolutely tell everybody to stay here if they’re going to Inverness. We were so close to everything and wonderful food wonderful experiences. The room was wonderful. The building was great."

"There was parking on site and a homemade breakfast. The owners were also flexible with our plans."

"Great location. Breakfast was just okay. Room was large with castle/river view. Easy walk from train and bus station."
