"Location is ideal for us, not too close to the busy Dotonbori area but within walking distance. It is beside the OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal?), which is connected to the underground train stations. On a rainy day, it is convenient to use the underground that leads to Namba Station and also to Dotonbori area. There is 7/11 inside the building (4th floor), almost for exclusive use of hotel guests only. Amenities and supplies are left at your door on a daily basis and room cleaning is done on the 3rd only. Big screen TV with free VOD is nice to have when you’re still jet lagged."

"Hotel was great but this was my least favourite of my stay in Japan. Style over substance came to mind. Great location, so close to Universal and the train station, very clean and great amenities but I just was not a fan. I found the staff much friendlier and more helpful at budget hotels plus I had the worst sleep at this hotel due to other noisy hotel guests. The rooms definitely need more soundproofing!"
