"Very convenient for stay before morning flight.. evening meal was excellent.. friendly staff. You can be dropped off in the hotel car park with no charge if you are staying at the hotel… for up to an hour… unfortunately the notice stating this is not in your direct view when you put the ticket in the machine… you have to get the ticket validated at reception!!! So for a drop off… lasting 3 minutes.. we paid £30!!!! This is not the fault of the hotel… the car park is managed by the Airport! The receptionist advised us to contact the airport parking.. & was very sorry that he couldn’t help… We should have asked at reception before we put the ticket in the machine… our fault… 🙈"

"I was not aware an airport shuttle was available at this hotel. Despite my room being nicely oresented and clean my stay was poor because, having an early flight the next morning I needed to sleep but as the sound proofing was non existent the guests simply walking in the room above me prevented me from sleeping...the noise was unbearable, I did not sleep at all and the bed was so hard I was forced to wrap the thin duvet around me for some comfort. There was no temperature control to the room either and I felt cold. All in all I wished I had not bothered to book my stay. I could not voice my concerns on the day because Reception is closed at 9pm"

"Clean room bed a bit tired not very comfortable ok for a short stay stopped at sand bay several times before first time room had no shower only a bath a bit strange as it looked like bathroom had been recently refurbished, 80s weekend so great entertainment day and night easy access to the beach if you like fresh air all the usual stuff you woul expect small swimming pool , snooker tables, pool and darts . Dining room clean again looks like recently refurbished with new tables and chairs decent food and plenty of it would go again "

"Easy and pleasant check in. Hotel very clean and welcoming. Room also clean and comfortable. Staff all very helpful, friendly and polite. Would have liked a bit more gluten free choice. However overall would stay there again. "

"Room was spotless Breakfast - could of been better. Pastries were left out the night before which meant by the morning, it was very dry. Also, there was limited items available. Maybe think of ways where breakfast can be delightful. ie.a coffee machine, fresh cut fruit, cereal, breakfast pots. Not just pastries, fruite and yoghurt."
