"Our room was clean, staff were friendly and courteous and the view from the hotel was amazing."

"We only stayed for one night. We had a really nice steak for dinner which was cooked to perfection. Had a bottle of wine each and took the remainder go the room where we settled down for the evening. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had a full English breakfast and then sorted ourselves out for a 11am departure. "

While the hotel is a little out of the city centre, it’s easy to reach by car and parking is available. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Overall, a pleasant stay."

"We had an early morning flight from Bristol Airport, and after searching around we booked this accommodation due to it close proximity to the airport. Check in and check out were so easy. Parking was plentiful, and easy. Could do with some extra lighting though. Room 15 was really well appointed, with characterful touches, and classy decoration and furnishings. "Arrived pretty late but a warm welcome from the staff, the complimentary drink on arrival was well received and nice surprise. We stayed in the Langford Room which was amazing, lovely a clean, nice little things like the cookies and a welcome personalised note. Miles was excellent, spent time chatting with us and telling us about the area and where to go. Would highly recommend and will definately be back "
