"Lovely cool and clean room on a hot day with a comfy bed and good shower with lovely shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The room was recently refurbished and there was a smeg fridge acute smeg kettle. We stayed overnight before an early flight and appreciated the continental breakfast and then a very quickly eaten cooked breakfast from 6am."

"Stayed for a night on our way down to Devon. Arrived early evening (730pm-ish), there was no one on Reception and it took a couple of buzzer calls to get someone out to check us in. Our room (well, two rooms - we'd booked a family room but got two adjoining rooms instead) was comfy, if warm. We kept the desk fan on all night. We slept well, not disturbed by any traffic outside of the hotel or by any noise inside. Our rate included breakfast, which was good value and reasonable choice. We'd stay here again if needing to break up a journey to the south west."

"You never have a problem parking at Pontin’s West Bay, the staff are really helpful and nice to have a conversation with. It’s definitely worth up grading cause you get a bigger chalet and you’re a lot closer to the clubhouse. I never went swimming but I heard good reviews from others that stayed when we were there. They have a great 18 hole chip & put course that I played on. Entertainment varies depending on the night, some nights are better than others but that’s expected. Food was of an acceptable level with a variety of choice including deserts. Been three times this year and going again another two more times and looking forward to it."

"Stayed for one night. Room was very spacious and bed very comfy.Towels were also a pleasure very fluffy Dinner in restaurant was lovely plenty choice and well cooked. Restaurant was very busy but staff were attentive and we didn't wait very long. Breakfast was very good. Lovely stay and would recommend. Hopefully we will be back"

"Stayed in Weston for one night for an event and struck absolute gold with this place. Room was super-comfortable and spotlessly clean with everything I could possibly need - right down to the tea and biscuits! - and hosts Cai and Mell went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, including Cai driving me everywhere I needed to do - an absolute godsend since I don't drive and would otherwise have spent a fortune on taxis! Added bonuses include a huge hot tub in the garden which offered a very welcome chance to chill for a few minutes on such a busy weekend - plus snacks and drinks for a small fee. And let's not forget about honorary employee Max the golden retriever, who will leave you in no doubt as to when he wants a hug, and generally spent the entire time being adorable. One thing to note with this place is that they have three rooms but they only take one booking at a time and then block off the rest - so while it's perfect for a family or people travelling in a larger group, it also means those travelling alone essentially get the entire top floor to themselves, including the bathroom which is literally two steps away from all the bedrooms. So you get all the privacy you want - plus as it's located in a residential part of Weston village, it's super-quiet at night. Honestly couldn't fault this place. Highly recommend and if I am ever back in Weston I will certainly stay there again."
