"Room was clean and tidy. Staff very helpful when requested additional coffee and milk for the room. Used west gate street NCP with code and it was a bargain price for parking "

"This impressive hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Cardiff, and very easy to find. No parking available although there are 2 NCP car parks within a couple of minutes’ walk. Very clean throughout with excellent amenities and very polite and helpful staff. I’d happily book here again."

"Having an area in the hotel to relax around the pool was lovely. Although you will need to book time to use it. Shops were all very close and just 15 min walk to the station Great bar across the road with line music on Saturday night"
