Room share a bathroom on a 1:3 ratio approximately and this wasnt an issue for my stay.

Walking distance to local shop, pub and a few chinese takeaways.
Area is quiet, bar the seagulls, but for me the rooms are perfect.
Clean, tidy and everything you would need.

"On checking in we were offered an upgrade to a quieter room as it was a very busy Saturday night in the bar. Very welcoming and friendly, our room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Will definately be back."
"The amazing water mill was a stunning and unique feature of the hotel. We found the noise of the water flowing throughreally calming. Our room was lovely and clean. The toilet was nice and clean but it was tired looking just needs upgraded. Overall a very enjoyable stay."
