A second lovely stay at Fairlight and will definitely be back for a third. Stayed in the main house this time and was a big toom for one person. Breakfast didn't disappoint and a great choice. If you can't see it just ask. Jude and Karl are great hosts and keep a lovely clean premises. Can't wait to come back and stay in one of the newly renovated rooms!

Great place in Kings Lynn

Very nice place to stay, well with in walking distance to the town centre. There is a nice park at the end of the road. The room we stayed in was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and well cooked. Karl and Jude were great hosts and were very helpful.

Within easy walk of Kings Lynn centre. Unfortunately, the Sandringham room had no Wi-Fi signal and it had a damp smell. The breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent.

The Hosts Jude & Karl make you very welcome . I was travelling alone and booked a single room which was compact but just right for me on this trip . Tea & Coffee facilities are provided as well as shower gel , soap and shampoo . You can also park at the property . Breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. The property also has a beautiful little garden at the back which I enjoyed sitting in . Within walking distance to the Town through a lovely park where you will find a number of pubs,bars and restaurants to eat in .Would definitely stay again if I am in the area .

Everything we expected after reading the reviews. The hosts are welcoming and have an excellent knowledge of the local area. They have thought of everything that you might need. Location very good, ten minutes walk from the town and train station and a beautiful park on the doorstep. Good choice of breakfast options and good quality produce. Would highly recommend a stay here

Excellent value for money.

We were warmly welcomed by Carl, and had a very comfortable bed and room. Top quality breakfast (for example really flavoursome meaty sausages) and plenty to choose from, to include omelettes, vegan, and very fresh fruit salad. Great location, just a few minutes walk through the park to town.

Fantastic & Welcoming B&B

We are currently moving to Norfolk and used this as a hub whilst visiting schools in Fakenham for 3 days. We made a couple of changes to our booking, including breakfast time and number of people in our room during our stay. There were no issues with any of the changes and the hosts could not be more welcoming. I cannot recommend Fairlight Lodge enough, fantastic accommodation.

Good value stay

It's a no nonsense place that gave us a good nights sleep and a functional shower, although space was at a premium. Breakfast was definitely the best thing. Cooked to order, the choice was amazing - excellent. Drink making in your room was improved by the flask of semi-skimmed milk, kept cool in the kitchen fridge. There is a lovely quiet garden for your use, if required.
