"The bathroom was clean, and the bed sheets were clean, with a lovely smell even in the morning. Heating was on all night, so it wasn't cold in the morning, and after skiing at Glenshee, that warmth was lovely. The fireplace downstairs was so good, and we had a nice chat and watched TV. "Check in was good and easy and the restaurant was great. The rib-eye steak was amazing! Hotel room was good size but a little dated and extremely cold. The heating was only working for less than a minute and then it goes off. I tried to turn on severally but it wouldn’t turn on for another maybe 5 minutes or so then on less than a minute and then off. I struggled with cold through out the night. I was in room 6 for a night."

"Fabulous place in a beautiful setting. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with excellent storage and a lovely en-suite shower room. We were fortunate that the weather was good enough that the walk from the room (a Woodland lodge) to the hotel for meals was pleasant but an umbrella as provided jut in case! We enjoyed using the pool and thermal suite which was never busy. The food was excellent and there was lots of choice at...
