Enjoyed our stay. Positives were friendly staff, very clean spacious room. We were given free breakfast as there was no pool available which was main reason for booking with the hotel. Exceptional value for money. Apart from no leisure facilities the only other negative was some carpets and furniture needed attention as looked tired and worn. Would definitely return and recommend.

Good hotel option when visiting Dundee by car, easily accessible to both Dundee and surrounding areas. Clean and tidy good sized rooms in good surroundings, very close to A9 (major route), but quiet. Friendly staff. Like all hotels in Dundee you have to pay for parking but this hotel is competitively priced and secure. Only downside would be that the dining area is very cold in the morning but nice breakfast that went cold very quickly.

Charming old building conveniently located just outside Dundee. Nice restaurant and bar with a conservatory. Lovely gardens and friendly staff. Comfortable room and good leisure facilities which are open for long hours.

The staff were friendly and happy. The room itself was clean and modern. Some things to improve. The bar staff shut the bar as we walked up to the bar to order one nightcap. I felt she could have given us one drink to even take to our room. Although the room was clean there was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom like a dirty cloth had been used. Overall decent for the price.

Although Reception was very busy when we arrived, we were greeted cheerfully. Check-in was very smooth. Our room was clean and well-presented. The ensuite bathroom was compact, with no shelf for personal toiletries. The restaurant & bar staff were very friendly, and very helpful when helping us with menu choices. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

We checked in and had a great meal of fish and chips with mushy peas. It was delicious. The cheesecake and berries and the sticky pudding were delightful. They ordered us a taxi and gave us a card to help us order a taxi back which really helped.
