"This was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. First and foremost it STUNK. The employees live there on site I guess and the entire bottom floor where it seems they live it is awful smelling. That gross food they cook stinks up a whole building. Also, the SAME guy was at the desk when we checked out and he was trying everything to keep my $100 cash deposit. He did finally give it back and now we’re off the a nice hotel. If you want a good experience somewhere you’ll not find it at Super 8. But if you’re hungry I’m sure there’s plenty of Indian food left. Ugh. Just horrible……"

"If you don't mind the renovations going on, this a great value for the money. It was just 5 miles to downtown and closer to Lookout Mountain and Ruby falls. Very quiet and some restaurants close by. Right next to a Walmart as well."

"Just stayed one night passing through. I hate couldn’t stay more!! The Room 8 was wonderful. On the end at the pool, great parking, wonderful view. So cute inside. Rose did a wonderful job cleaning the room. And Holly had a beautiful breakfast laid out in the morning!! Love, love!!!"

"The breakfast was ok. The room? Well…. Don’t bother…. Stay somewhere else! Mold on shower walls and tub. Yuk! Toilet did not flush every time. Bathroom sink out of order. Totally clogged. Had to shave, brush teeth, etc., and wash hands using bathtub faucet. Very back breaking. Water on floor at foot of bed when checking in. Office gave me 2 towels to clean up mess. They did not even offer to clean up. Next time I will stay elsewhere. Once is enough."
