"We had a wonderful stay here. Mike and Peggy are fantastic hosts and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was cosy and absolutely perfect for a few nights away. The bathroom is small but definitely usable and didn’t cause any issues at all. Mike makes a fresh breakfast each morning, which was absolutely delicious and a real highlight of our stay. "We were greeted by friendly helpful staff at reception on our arrival. The small bags of lavender at the lift entrance were a lovely touch. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable and I slept like a log. There was a good selection for breakfast. Parking was £10, but we ended up in the car park over the road (also £10) as the hotel car park was full. We would stay here again."
