"The location was convenient for the purpose I was in Thessaloniki for. From the outside it looks a bit outdated as a building but the Eria Suites are only a floor of the building and that floor is very well maintained. The staff are excellent. Nothing short of perfect communication and easy to follow check in instructions."

"There's a few reviews already about this. I came to the hotel at 2pm which was the time i was told i would get check in information. It was a slow response from the WhatsApp number that eventually indicated that he'd give me the information at 3pm as that's the check in time. I waited until 310pm with another guest in the same predicament as me until we got information. I went to the room and my conclusion it was not well cleaned. Trash was still in the cans. And the towels were used. I did...

"Jag hade bokat superior rum med balkong men fick helt annat och utan balkong försökte att ringa och smsa fick inget svar. Inte ens hotel där jag hade bokat fick jag svar. Aldrig mer via den website, väldigt besviken betalade för nåt och fick annat rekommenderar inte detta eller detta website."

"Checking in impossible, sent codes but nowhere to resend them. Bailed out by a neighbour. Hallway etc. coveted in grafitti....would be difficult to escape in case of fire, especially as thefe is a multi-pronged metal security door.
VERY NOISY loud music and singing till 4.30 am. Racing cars past the window until 3.30 am. Unable to shut the wondow because catch is a ring at the top of what is basically an office window.
Bitten all night by small flies(?) left eye swelled up so that I could...
