"Ein altes Gebäude, das aber laufend modernisiert wurde. Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Frühstück ist gut. Im Barbereich bewegt sich die Barkeeperin leider keinen cm hinter der Theke weg. Der Gast muss dann halt die Tische reinigen. (Getränke holen sowieso) Geht gar nicht."

"Our 3-night stay at Killarney Heights Hotel was quite excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food (both breakfast and dinner) was great, and the atmosphere was relaxed. We enjoyed drinks at the bar to live music, or just relaxed by the fire. It was obviously a great choice of stay for our time there, and I would certainly look forward to staying again. Thank you. "Staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the family suite and it was perfect for us. Bring a hairdryer and hair conditioner if that is important to you. We added the breakfast buffet which was a great value. There is a connected pub with a kitchen which was great after a long day of travel. "

"We booked the hotel due to food being served, when we arrived there was no food during the week and only at weekend which was not reflected on the website. Room was not as described, very small, en-suite had mould all in shower, ceiling and it was dirty. ( see photos below ). Bed was damp, cold, springs had gone in mattress, room smelt of damp, was cold, carpet dirty very worn and overall the room was dirty. Carpets in the hallway was dirty and worn, needs to be updated and some money spent in...

"The room was pleasant, well furnished, clean and tidy. My only minor complaint would be that for some reason it was very warm in the room which was surprising considering the radiator was turned off and it was late March. The staff are excellent as is the location which is literally a couple of minutes from the Main Street. The breakfast was excellent and made to order with plenty of imaginative choices. I would highly recommend as it is reasonably priced as well. "

"Really wish I'd booked at least 2 nights here at this beautiful property in this beautiful location! I was visiting from USA w/ my wife and we had great time. I took a little carriage ride across the street through the park, saw the Muckross house, saw some old buildings, had some great strolls, and had fun at the spa as well.
