"We had a great stay. Overall, the resort is great: lots of fun daily activities, the bell and valet teams are friendly, the drinks at the Driftwood bar are excellent, our room is clean, the hallways are kept clean, the grounds are kept neat. The pool staff are always around to make sure everything is put away, umbrellas are opened/closed, lounge chairs are in order.
The hotel is under construction and despite the quirky "journey" it took to get to our room on the 2nd floor in building 1 (take the elevator to the third floor, take a right to find the other set of elevators to take to the 2nd floor to find the room), you don't really notice any dust or noise.
The housekeeping staff is great and kept our room clean even though we didn't ask for a daily refresh. The Naupaka Terrace staff are friendly and professional but the food is ok.
Love that the hotel is close to the airport. I'd stay here again and definitely recommend this resort. "
"Staff was friendly and the two restaurants were exceptional. They automatically cleaned the room daily which I appreciated. Very attentive service in the pool area as well. Property is on the Beach so no effort in finding sandy beaches. "
"Lovely property, very helpful staff. Because of bridge being out and apps giving absolutely wrong directions, we had to call the front desk who guided us in by phone! Then several other issues (which restaurants deliver, printing boarding passes) were ably managed by Kina. Love the resident cats, peacocks and even the ubiquitous chickens. Nice rooms, nice pool, good music and morning breakfast buffet. Would definitely come again."
"Such beautiful grounds, lovely working family that makes it such a great place. The ocean view was spectacular and affordable. The pool was clean, beautiful and private. We had an ocean view from the pool. Great walking path right outside and the food trucks were spectacular"
