The staff was really friendly, helpful and did everything they could to help with any requests. The hotel offers a laundry service and an in room massage sessions for a great price. The location is tucked between some other shops, restaurants and near a monument. It was quiet and easy to get grabs/taxis. I would recommend this for business trips and honeymoons.

L'établissement est bien situé, près des services, des transports en commun et les chambres donnent sur un petit jardin. Le personnel a été aimable et a fait de son mieux pour répondre à nos questions. Dommage que l'endroit ne soit pas plus propre et mieux entretenu: les murs et les planchers ne sont pas propres.

Not staying here again

Stayed here three years ago and enjoyed it and it was fine. This time we felt like they have gone down in quality. The rooms were in old condition, our shower didn’t drain properly and we had a pool of water while in the shower and took a long night time to drain. Mosquitoes were plentiful. My husband asked if there was a different part of the hotel that was newer because our end was pretty shabby feeling. And the rooms were so dim, even with all the lights on it was just too dim and not very nice. I was staying with my extended family of nine, 6 adults 3 children and were spread over three rooms. We had three kids, 5,8, and 10 and the lady checking breakfast tickets insisted my oldest daughter was too big to be a child and charged us for breakfast. I didn’t feel like making an issue out of it so I paid each day but seriously, the whole time we were the only people there and it is a huge spread and she is insisting I need to pay extra for my kid. That was the nice thing about our stay, a huge decent selection for breakfast. And the last day, my parents and in-laws were finished with breakfast and it was the end of the time and she made them leave instead of just letting them sit there and talk. No one was there, hotel seemed empty and staff with nothing to do. And when we checked out in the early AM trying to head to the airport we had to wait til the send staff to go check your room. I think this could be a much better place but the customer service is lacking.

Nice hotel near bus terminal

Very helpful staff. We had a room with balcony, and it didnt feel like everyone could see us. Will come back here if we return to Khon Kaen <3

Not a good night's sleep

Rooms were clean and tidy, but sound proofing was shockingly poor. We could hear everything said in the room next door and everything in the echo-y corridor from 6 am when several tour groups awoke. This was the same across 3 rooms that our group stayed in. Water pressure was poor as well. On the plus side, location was decent (If you had a car) and breakfast was good (but cold by 8am).

Beautiful garden, kind staff

Two hundred baht that I forgot to remove from a pocket of trousers before sending to laundry service was kindly returned. Reception staffs were also kind and friendly. I enjoyed every dinner at various food stands along the street near the hotel.

市街地に在りながらガーデンタイプの静かな古いホテル 室内は隣室とのドアが有り、咳やドアの開け閉めの音、物音など筒抜け状態で思わずこちらのテレビのボリュームも低く抑えました。 シャワーもカーテンでトイレ、洗面とセパレートされて水でビチャビチャ靴に履き替えた まさにガーデンタイプのホテルでした。

A bit of a deception

When i saw this hotel on Hotels.com i felt excited but when i arrives was a bit of a deception. This hotel is a bit old and lack maintenance. Have 2 wings and i stayed in the old wing. The room is spacious but kind of old. We first need to go to the parking lot to acess room what is quite odd for me. I tried the breakfast buffet and what a deception. too expensive (180 baht p/ person) and without many variety. In front of the hotel have many restaurants where you can eat better for the half of the price. But what surprised me more in the negative was the lack of clean in the breakfast room ... I don't recommend to est there. Overal was a bit of a deception. The only good thing is the location.

Stayed here with local Thai g.f for 3 nights & neither of us were impressed. Grotty room. Confusing & / or a lack of hotel signage. Poor breakfasts. Good location and free adequate car parking.
