Have nothing to say except THANK YOU for making it great stay for us as it was our anniversary and wife bday present. very friendly staff and room was cleaned daily without even us asking for it. and when i say clean not just regular cleaning services you see, they would fold your cloths and go through the whole thing kinda services daily. honestly amazing and the location to everything was walkable. "This hotel is older. I first stayed there in 2002 and chose to return as it is familiar, near to BST station and with lots of nearby convenience shops. The room was large and clean, the beds comfy and good aircon. There was a mix up with booking for breakfast being only for one person yet the room for 2 persons but this was rectified. It feels safe here and the staff although busy are friendly."
