Great location, cosy room, the included spa is just a great addition to the stay. Close to lots of places to visit and eat. Friendly staff, great service. Has everything you need for winter stay, humidifier and extra heater are in the room, mini fridge, microwave. The beautiful view from the balcony, the lake right next to the hotel, breakfast cafe, overall we were very happy to stay here!

This place was great! They provide access to the slopes and near by restaurants. If you stay for two nights or more they provide access to the Nordic center, ice skating right behind the hotel. We will definitely be back

My wife casually mentioned we're celebrating my birthday early without expecting anything special. Staff went above and beyond and decorated our room, left a hand written card and a little treat. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We loved the amenities, especially the spa. Tip: bring a hat to wear if you plan to hit the outdoor hot tub in ski season. Will be back for sure!

We enjoyed the stay here, took our dog and lots of other families with dogs as well. Seemed clean and well kept up, pool was deep and nice to have multiple hot tubs.
