โรงแรมใกล้สวนสาธารณะเคตเลอร์, Fort Wayne

"This property was the best one I have been a guest in years. All categories get a two -thumbs up from me!"

"AC was very cold! which was wonderful"

"This hotel is an oasis. The external neighborhood is your basic off-the-freeway strip mall area, which means it is a convenient location for places you might want to go. But once you are inside, you enter a peaceful, almost resort-style environment. The staff was very attentive to our requests - which included putting a 2nd chair in the room. Note that you should request a refrigerator if you need one. There are no microwaves in the room, but there is one available for use in the common...

"Was a dead bird outside my windows on the second floor roof top"

"On our drive from Ontario to Arizona we always stop at this hotel. It’s our 1st stop heading out & our last stop heading home in April. We have always been happy with this hotel. The cleanliness & breakfast have all stayed at the standard we expect. The staff have all been welcoming & helpful."

"Staff was rude . Not helpful . Will not be returning"

"The absolutely noisiest hotel I’ve ever experienced! Not only was the freeway noise insanely loud, the rude people in the next room blasted their tv all evening, all night and all morning in spite of several calls to complain. The elevator equipment room door stayed propped open during our whole time there making horrid noises 24/7. The hot tub was broken, the hair dryer was DISGUSTING!! The staff were not at all professional. The building needs a LOT of attention and repair. Save yourself some...

"Gtgggg"

"I left my electric toothbrush on the ledge of the bathtub in the bathroom. Called two days later to see if they found an oral B electric toothbrush in my room that I stayed in. SHOCKER, nobody found it, they never called back either as they said they would."

"Very friendly staff and was surprised about how many options the free breakfast had."

"It was an ok hotel. I wish I could have searched more hotels in the area. For the price we paid which was the most expensive room we stayed during our 6 nights stay, the room was ok; carpet was dirty and the bathroom was old and small."

"When we checked in, Eric was at the front desk and he was extremely polite and very helpful."

"Urine stains on the carpet & iron stain on top of the ottoman. So dirty & unacceptable I was directed to file a report with the Health Department. Short towels No toilet paper No Kleenex Staff was uncooperative & refused to change my room to a clean room"

":-)"

"Very new and nicely staffed hotel."
