"Extremely difficult to get on to the property and to park. Once we finally got into the hotel they advised us to turn in our car rental which was correct. Unfortunately we drove around hotel twice trying to get onto the property including spending 10 minutes trying gated entrance that said hotel parking right next to the rental car return entrance. "Very nice hotel and very friendly people. They have free airport transfer."

"5 minute walk to the metro. Clean room, hot water pressure was fantastic. They didn’t include body lotions so bring them. During the 7 nights only Thursday evening was noisy as a boy was shouting and running."

"Clean room"

"Nice hotel, clean, amazing breakfast, and spa options. Beautiful grounds with separate open air hot pools as part of the island... The only annoyance was the staff that was too lazy to do anything. Calling room service was useless, might as well go and find it yourself."

"Excellent location and well maintained facilities and rooms"

"Great hotel , good staff , amazing breakfast"

Nothing spectacular. Only one pool available due to construction. Had two Thai massages. The first was amazing with Anna. The...

"Close to metro"

"Great hotel, great location, good service. First of all - no limit or charges on drinking water bottles. Breakfast buffet was great. Location is the best. Easy access to taxi, public transport or walkable to most of the tourist spots. Executive lounge and the Royal Spa was awesome. It was a great experience."
