"The location was fantastic, easy to get to port Pireaus. The young man at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, showing us on a map where our departure was going to be, places to eat, etc. Shower is a little scary due to height of the tub, and we couldn't get the a/c to work but we were there for less than 24 hours so it didnt matter much. Overall, great pit stop on the way for rest when using the port ferry."

Nick in particular took time to offer guidance re area/metro use. Breakfast and rooms were perfect. "The hotel is great as a place to stay. However, we booked two rooms - one king bed and one family room. When we arrived they gave us a king room and a separate connecting room with a door between a double room and a twin room. All good - two rooms as booked, one good as a family room. On checkout though they insisted we pay city tax for three rooms, not two, even though Expedia quoted city tax for just two rooms and no-one had told us they would class the booking as three rooms. "Breakfast was very good. The room was hot and the windows were left open. Staff did not bring up luggage or tell us to push the button to turn the air on. Also they didn’t tell us we would need to repeatedly turn the air back on. We couldn’t leave our laptop to charge bc the power goes off when you leave the room. The check in app was cumbersome. Too many scans to get out of the building"
