"Clean room staff parking"

"Such a gorgeous property from walking down the entrance to the gardens to the foyer the cosy little snugs everywhere. The room was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the bistro was delicious. The breakfast was on point. Enjoyed the leisure centre so much. The whole stay was a real treat!"

"A very comfortable stay and excellent location to access Eyre Square and surrounding area."

"Clean room and convenient to town."

"Staff was helpful and confirmed upgraded room to bay view. They also provided information for their on-site dining if it were to be of interest. Easy check in and check out. Getting out of the on-site parking was not intuitive (free for hotel guests) and staff had to clarify to just hit the help button on the exit and they would open the gate. Overall a lovely stay with amazing views. Sunrise on the Bay was incredible."

"Andrea at the front desk was beyond helpful when we had questions. She went out of her way to help us out."

"Small rooms and a little dated, but very convenient location walkable to Intercity train and downtown area. Staff was very responsive."

"Hotel was great, staff very friendly, centrally located. Parking though - not so great. Better communication and directions to the parking ahead of time would have been good :)"

"We stayed for 3 nights in Oct 26. The location couldn't be better -- 1 block from the train and intercity bus station and right on the edge of the Latin Quarter -- great pubs and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is also very good. The bar is split into 4 rooms. They have live music every night. I highly recommend you check out the first bar you enter from the hotel check in area. Sit at the right side of the bar and watch the painting of "Sir Skeffington" on the wall to the right of the bar....
