"Overall an okay stay, our room had a funny smell when we first went in, however we kept being disturbed by door banging in the corridors most of the night as they didn’t have soft closing door hinges on them and the rooms aren’t very sound proof, also not much choice food wise on the menu for anyone who is a fussy eater so had to walk out to find somewhere to eat, also found the hotel quite dark when you walk into reception and not overly appealing, in comparison to other hotels."

We had left it late to book rooms and this was the lowest priced place anywhere within an hour's drive of the gig. "I stay here regularly. I can't fault much. I think the stairs need to have better visibility so they can be used, especially if you're only on the 1st floor. Staff are very accommodating in the restaurant and bar. My ONLY criticism is breakfast. The fried eggs have never been great but on my most recent visit, they were inedible. Like rubber. "We are a family of 5 and ended up needing 2 rooms here. It was clean and the breakfast was very yummy. The kids enjoyed the pancake making machine. It was a quick 10 minute walk down a sidewalk from the Luton airport. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Luton train station, but you will need to cross over streets and some uneven sidewalks which was a bit difficult with luggage. "Room was exceptionally clean nice comfy bed only down fall was no tea or coffee in room but there was free tea and coffee in the reception which you could take back to your room and considering it was bang in the centre of town it was very quiet"

"Treated like a second class person as we had a guide dog. Put in an awful room! Requested a fridge and to have a patio door but ignored. Paid premium price £171 of which £25was for our Guide Dog who is cleaner than a lot of their guests apparently. Compared to our previous stay it was very poor.
