"The room was very clean and comfortable and check-in was very easy. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety including hot and cold items. We had an accessible room which was nice. The only issue was the shower head was positioned so that you had to hold it or it sprayed water out onto the floor. It would have been nice to have a holder that pointed the head toward the floor. "Hotel needs upgraded. Looks like it hasn't been touched since opening. Food at Gran and Dun was way overpriced for what it was. Lots of emty storefronts and old restaurants inside. Room was..so,so. Not filthy but not super clean either. Overall it was an OK experience having never been there. Would only recommend if going to Morton Amphitheater due to close proximity. 2 stars"

"This hotel double charged me. When I called to express the error, they gave me the run around. When I finally was able to speak to a manager, he was unhelpful, unkind, and did not care that I was double charged and gaslit me about it. He told me they never double charged me even though I have the proof. He kept denying it. I even expressed this double charge put my bank acct negative. He still didn’t care. I expressed I would never stay with them again and he said that’s fine and hung up on me....

"Our family stayed two nights here. The entire hotel set up is horrible. No elevators either. It's a maze to get around anywhere. Pool was fine but needed some TLC. Breakfast was better than most. The laundry facilities were all broken down. Rooms were just ok. If you stay here. Ask for a first floor close to the front desk or else you will end up the furthest away and have to walk quite a bit to get to the lobby breakfast or the pool.
