"The room, #416, had a shower head that wasn't centred and was below face level (I'm 5'10"/178cm), so that was definitely weird. The Continental breakfast bar was poor, only some prepacked breakfast sandwiches (heat in the microwave), two types of muffins, one type of apple, plus coffee, or juice. That's it.
In addition, my room was not cleaned/refreshed during my 2 day stay. The hot tub was mostly moderately warm, and the jets are quite weak.
Having said all that, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. "
