"Noisy and horrible 3 night stay, unclean bedsheets, pillows and towels. No sheets were provided except mattress fitted sheet. Advised sheets not changed after each guest. Breakfast was included in initial booking, but had to be purchased. No tea or coffee facilities in rooms. Stay away, not upto western standards!"

"The house was wonderful to stay in and visit. The only comment and this is a more philosophical one - what is the balance between originality and being fresh for a guest to inhabit? I think this needs careful thinking through. The house is wonderfu and its a great place to stay if you love Bawa architecture, but some areas could do with cleaning more thoroughly or replacing. "The room seems quite square-shape and user-friendly. The TV works but not many channels to tinker with. Shower room’s water-draining is not fast enough, with water seeping out over the Barely-existent blockage while i was showering. Bed is soft and fine. One cockroach spotted, though it seems holiday staff already cleaned hard."

"Excellent location in the heart of Colombo and a very well-maintained apartment block. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and came with great amenities. A real bonus is the on-site dining—both the in-house option and the restaurant were very good. We did have a small issue with an in-house order, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally, and they kindly provided the meal complimentary. Overall, a great stay and I’d happily return."
