宿自体は良かったのですが、スキーの国体開催と重なっていた為、駐車場がどこも満車で停めるのに苦労しました。ホテル側から事前のアナウンスが欲しかったです。もしくは国体関係者と一般宿泊者を分けた駐車場管理をして欲しかったです。 温泉の露天風呂はもっと温度を上げてもらいたかったです。雪深く風も強かったので、入っていても温まる感じがしなかったです。 2024年度の全国の泊まりたい宿で3位との事みたいですが、どのあたりが3位？かが分りません。 部屋の電気ポットも水が少し入っていた状態でした。 ホテル全体的にも古く壁や床も経年劣化している状態でした。

チェックインして部屋に入るとまず巨大なハエがいて、仕留めるのに時間がかかりました。照明器具の中には6匹ほどの羽アリのような虫がくるくる動いていたので気になり、主人が照明器具を外して駆除。 露天風呂にも内風呂にもあぶがいて襲ってくるため、速退散。温泉を楽しむどころではなかった。 部屋のトイレはずっと臭く、部屋のお風呂には絶対入りたくない。 畳は掃除機かけているのかな？ほこりや髪の毛があるところにお布団が敷かれていて、、、 朝食はバイキングで混んでいたせいか、廊下にテーブル席、、、 味は可もなく不可もなくですが混んでいる時期にしては種類も少ないのではないでしょうか、、、 たぶんリピートはしません。

帰省により宿泊。 夕食、朝食と料理の味は美味しかった。 その他は不満。子供が小さい為、和室をお願いしましたが、畳はシミだらけ、クロスはヒビ割れて剥がれかかっている。 ホテル自体が古いのは仕方ないが、長い時間過ごす居室が綺麗であってほしい。 出迎えのクロークもおらず、居室までの案内もなし、サービスも良く無いのに、1人2万以上の料金は割に合わないと感じる。 リピートはない。 2年前に宿泊した近隣の湯瀬ホテルの方が良かった印象。

初めての秋田旅行

初めての秋田旅行で利用しました。きりたんぽの発祥の地ということで夕食で地元の美味しいきりたんぽ、比内地鶏など素晴らしかったです。温泉も広くて、疲れを癒すことができました。スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、快適に過ごせました。
