Check-in was easy and the room was clean. Everything was good for the price you are paying. Convenient stores are just right at the corner and metro is also within walikung distance. The nearest metro, Sakuragawa, is just right behind the hotel.

Great hotel. Worth the price.
Can be loud though when trying to sleep.
Only 2 washing machines for the entire place so is a real pain waiting, and then waiting for the previous person to come on time to collect their washing - sometimes waited 30mins before staff then come to remove it.
