"Good location if you want to get stuck into the madness of Shinjuku. Quite a busy, tourist hotel that does the trick, close walk to nightlife locations and great views."
"Very nice hotel. A comfortable 15 min walk (slightly and conveniently downgrade) from Shinjuku station. The hotel has an excellent baker shop in the lobby with delicious items. There’s also a restaurant which we didn’t try. The room we had was small but very clean. The bathroom is similarly small by western standards but adequate. The tub/shower has a high wall that could challenge older people to step over. We had two double beds as queen beds didn’t seem to be an option. Air conditioning made the nights sleep comfortable. Two very large government towers are minutes away and feature an excellent and free observation deck. Not as high or impressive as Tokyo SkyTree but still quite nice. Would we stay here again? Yes."
APA Hotel & Resort Nishishinjuku Gochome Ekimae Tower
10/10 Excellent
"Clean and luxurious feeling to it for APA hotel. Staffs are very well mannered and friendly. Clean room, pool and onsen as well as the whole hotel. Great area if you need to get around via train. If you arrive early before your check in, they can hold your belongings until you want to check in. Also after check out if you’re flight isn’t until later the day, they will also hold your luggage"
"Amazing stay at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku. Perfect location in the heart of Shinjuku, super clean rooms, and very friendly staff. The Godzilla theme made the experience even more memorable. I would definitely stay here again!"
"The hotel is outstanding in every respect. The reception staff are polite and helpful. We don’t speak Japanese but they were all willing to converse in English. The room was immaculate and well equipped. They have a fully equipped gym and good laundry facilities which we used once. We ate in the hotel most evenings and they had great choices too. An excellent hotel which is well placed in Tokyo. Recommended."
