"Very small room. Staff were ok, checking in was rushed. Smallest room we stayed in whilst in Japan, both of us woke up feeling puffy due to the air conditioning in the room. Would say there is better hotels around. "
"We had booked a standard room which turned out to be tiny. Staff assisted by providing an upgrade to a much more spacious and comfortable room for a fee.
All staff were extremely friendly and polite. It was disappointing that on two occasions we had been out for the day and found our room had not been cleaned.
The hotel itself is close to a station and Tokyo Dome but a bit far from shopping outlets."
"Overall it was cool to stay here just sad that we paid for lounge making the slight assumption they’d open for those who paid for lounge. We knew it was closed but hoped more from it. "
"Bed was quite firm, but got used to it after the first night. Location was perfect, 5 min walk from train station and more options for food roght on your doorstep than you could ever possibly need! Not to mention the incredible sushi restraunt on the 19th floor. Would stay again 10/10"
