Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Beim Check-in am Automaten wurde jedoch die bereits bezahlte Summe für die Übernachtung erneut eingefordert, was nicht nachvollziehbar ist. Zum Glück war ein Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption vor Ort, so dass der Check in dann dort durchgeführt wurde.

Hotel für eine kurze Reise nach Kassel ist ok. Anreise mit Fahrzeug sollte bevorzugt werden. Als service könnte das Hotel, für Gäste die eine 0,5 Stunde im Voraus angekommen sind, schon erlauben, dass der Gast ohne Aufpreis sein Zimmer beziehen kann.

Alles in allem, für uns vollkommen ausreichend / gut. Die Umgebung mag nicht jedermans Sache sein (an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße hinter 2 Tankstellen gelegen) ,aber für uns (eine Übernachtung) lag hier auch nicht der Fokus. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, der Service nett und freundlich. Wir waren zufrieden.

Alles sauber und ordentlich. Zimmergröße ist ausreichend. Parkplätze sind am Hotel vorhanden, gegen Gebühr. Unweit entfernt, großer Parkplatz, Tageskarte für einen Taler. Straßenbahn ist wenige Meter entfernt.

Vi havde problemer med self check in, men heldigvis ankom vi mens der var nogen i receptionen, så vi kunne få hjælp uden yderligere problemer, så jeg ved ikke, hvorfor vi havde problemer med at checke ind selv. Vindueskarmen var ret beskidt, men resten af værelset var udemærket. Man kan bare forlade hotellet uden check ud, hvilket var dejligt nemt.

Overnatning

Hotellet i sig selv var ok til en overnatning på 4 personer vi skulle bare have en overnatning. Da vi tjekkede ind var det problemer,. Der var en anden person i vores værelse, så de fandt et nyt. Det er meget keep it simple. Sengene var utrolig gode.

Zimmer waren sehr in Ordnung. Parkplatz kostet extra. Frühstück war meiner Meinung nach einerseits deutlich zu teuer und andererseits war an den beiden Tagen städnig Mangel an Tassen, Löffeln, Semmeln etc. Es gab andauernd lange Schlangen am Buffet weil ständig essenzielle Dinge aus waren.

Die Lage am Platz der Deutschen Einheit ist etwas schlecht gewählt. Sobald man das Fenster kippt, hört man den Krach vom Kreisverkehr. Beim Einchecken gab es Probleme mit der Reservierungsnummer. Mussten ca. 1 Std. auf einen Mitarbeiter der Rezeption warten, bis wir einchecken konnten. Betten wurden nur lieblos gemacht, das geht besser.
