Es gab anders als in der Buchung im Zimmernamen angegeben keine Badewanne. Die Dusche war komplett verstopft und hat zur Überschwemmung des Zimmers geführt bei dem auch mein Koffer beschädigt wurde.

Ein wichtiger Schritt ist rechtzeitig Emails lesen, rechtzeitig online Check-in machen. Sonst kommt man an, hat man erst keine Ahnung, wie das läuft. Parkmöglichkeit gibt’s nebenan bei Galeria. Bloß der Eingang zum Aufzug nach 22 Uhr ist zu. Mit QR Code hat es nicht funktioniert, musste ich hochlaufen. Nun ja, nach 22 Uhr, gibt’s auch weniger Autos, insofern, nicht so lebensgefährlich. Nur mühsam und unnotwendig sportlich um diese Uhrzeit. Mein Zimmer war sehr verwinkelt tief drin, das heißt, mit dem ganzen Gepäck, teilweise mit Lift, teilweise Treppen alles wieder hoch tragen. Ausstattung ist gut, hat Wasserkocher, Besteck, Tassen, usw. Nur ein kleiner Mülleimer vorhanden.

Tolles Zimmer, Parken = Katastrophe

Das Zimmer war toll: geräumig, sauber, die kleine Küchenzeile praktisch für Gäste die etwas länger bleiben und nicht täglich auswärts essen können /wollen und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Wir hatten bereits über 700km hinter uns und nach einer 30minütigen, verzweifelten und erfolglosen Suche nach einem Stellplatz (fast alle für Anwohner reserviert), parkten wir im nahegelegenen Parkhaus des Galeria-Kaufhauses. "Maximal 20€ pro Tag" stand am Eingang, maximal 16€ wurden direkt am Automaten angepriesen. Wir dachten, ok, für die Innenstadt wohl ein normaler Preis. Die böse Überraschung kam am nächsten Morgen: 28€ da dieses angeblichen Maximalpreise nicht für 24h gelten sondern tatsächlich pro Tag, egal ob man, wie wir, erst nach 19Uhr ankommt. Das Parkhaus hat uns also 5h am Sonntag Abend und 9h ab Mitternacht berechnet. Ich weiß nicht, ob das überall so gemacht wird oder ob die Stadt Kassel Geld braucht, aber 28€ von nach19Uhr am Sonntag Abend bis ca. 9.30Uhr am nächsten Morgen sind unverschämt und der Grund, warum wir unseren nächsten Zwischenstop nicht in Kassel machen werden. Wenn die Stadt so dringend Geld braucht, soll sie sich andere "dumme Touris" suchen... Vielleicht wäre dies ein Anregungspunkt für Limehome mit diesem Autohaus einen Sondertarif für Gäste zu verhandeln. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön. Von der Stadt selbst haben wir letztlich nicht viel gesehen, uns ist die Lust vergangen, noch zu besichtigen und eventuell weiter Geld auszugeben.
