The cigarette smoke in the hallways was nasty. The women’s onsen is tiny. The room was quite small as well. The staff were amazing and so was the breakfast. Great proximity to restaurants, grocery store and bike store.

安定のサービスと快適性。

年一ペースで利用させて頂いてます。 共同風呂も快適で、朝食もおいしく、食堂のレイアウトは利用した中で一番良いと思います。 ただ、今回ご用意頂いた部屋は壁に目視出来る穴が開いており、ユニットバスの壁がガタガタと音が鳴る等、改善の余地がありそうです。 海外からの宿泊客も増えていますでしょうし、仕方ないかもしれません。 この近辺で、どこに泊まろうか？となれば、こちらを選択するでしょう。

フロントの方の対応は凄く良かったです。部屋の設備がちょっと古く、ベッドのきしむ音が気になりました。水回りでは蛇口をきつく閉めないと水が出たままになったので修理したほうが良いと思います。

ホテルは古く感じますが、無料の朝食も付いており新潟だったので朝食のお米がとても美味しかったです。 チェックイン時にエコ清掃を選択すると、自販機のジュース又はアルコールの無料サービスもあり良いと思います。

オススメのホテルです

初めて利用させていただきました　繁華街からは少し離れているので　夕食　買い物など心配でしたが　全く問題なく　すぐ近くにご飯屋さんはあり　車ですぐの所に大型スーパーマーケットがあり　新潟のお土産　特産品を買うことができて便利でした　ホテル1番のおすすめは　大きなお風呂と朝食のパンがとっても美味しかったことです また機会がありましたらぜひぜひ利用させて頂きたいです

ビジネスなら快適かも

柏崎駅から歩いて２０分。宿泊の車をみると地元のほか関西や関東のナンバーも多く、車で移動するひとの宿泊に向いている。僕はマラソンのために宿泊したが、まあ静かに睡眠とるにはOKでした。となりドラックストアで買い物しました。大衆食堂、まぐろの店、牛角、ラーメン屋なども近くにあります。大きな風呂を利用するのも良いらしいです。フロントの対応は問題なしです。
