This hotel is very clean and has a very good facilities. It’s close to train station, shopping mall and many restaurants and fast foods. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Hotel provides all the necessary toiletries. We loved the breakfast and the coffee machine.

The rooms area fair size for Tokyo business hotels, while the hotel itself is fairly modern with multiple electric glass doors in the lobby. Check-in is simple and automated and the breakfast is great with many choices in a buffet-style separate room with a TV. A dehumidifier was provided in the room, while outside the hotel are a number of Izakaya. The main shopping district of Kashiwa is just across the street, while the train station is a short distance down the main strip. There are ample paid parking lots around the block if you are picking up or returning an omoshiro rental car from the next town over.

Showed up to check in and was told the only room available was a smoking room but we are not a smokers. We had nowhere else to go so we tried to make it work but the smell was TERRIBLE. The window is sealed shut, no way to open it. We woke up at 5am with headaches and nausea, absolute worst night of the trip. Also the bed was hard, the box spring was filthy, the toilet was not clean, no toiletries provided other than soap. I would not recommend staying here unless you are guaranteed a room that is non smoking, I can’t comment on anything positive.

Convenient to station and local dining and shopping. An excellent base for my needs in the Kashiwa and Matsudo areas, with occasional trips to Tokyo. It is clean and well maintained, but fairly basic w.r.t. amenities, but that was fine with me. I have stayed here previously and anticipated doing so again.

いつも東京近辺でリピート利用しており、今回出張の都合で初めて千葉柏を利用しました。安定の清潔さで良かったです。 床（カーペット）の汚れが気になりましたので改善されるとなお良いかと思います。椅子のカバーが汚れなく清潔なのは宿泊客にとっては嬉しいです。（他社のホテルで、椅子が汚くてがっかりするところもある）

快適に滞在できました。

駅近の足回りのいいホテルでした。大阪のフレッサインはお水がいいとうたってますがこちらはどうだったかはわからなかったです。 フロント過ぎてエレベーターに乗る前にルームキーをかざすのはセキュリティがしっかりしてるなと。エレベーターホールにアメニティが揃っててバスソルト、フェイスマスクなどありがたかった。部屋にメイク用鏡があればもっと良かったな〜と思いましたが部屋も広くて使い捨てスリッパも置いてあり快適でした。 朝食も2パターンで交互にメニューが変わるので短期だと飽きずに済むのかなと思います。
