"The breakfast was amazing and shuttle from the airport was convenient and easy to locate. The only issue was we didn’t realize the pool was part of a spa and has limited hours and requires payment. We had booked this location hoping our kids could swim before our evening flight but it was not possible."

"Extremely well located. Connected to everything. Close to shopping. Good food options in the hotel itself. Not enough laundry machines. Dryers take forever. So a lot of time wash is done (34 minutes) but people putting in clothes to dry for up to 60 minutes and clothes still not drying. Room was good. Three beds as requested bathroom was very small and had a big step up. Not convenient if mobility issues. Overall great location. Not a fan of the laundry situation and bathroom."

"The hands-down best hotel stay I have had in my life! The fact that this is a Godzilla themed hotel had a lot to do with that, but also the incredibly helpful and kind staff, the amenities, which were amazing for a moderately priced hotel, the location in the fun Shinjuku District and the proximity to stores, restaurants and the subway all contributed to a joyful and memorable stay. Check-in checkout were very easy. I realize several hours early, so they held my bag and delivered to my room prior to official check-in. Staff just made it to easy as possible to have a wonderful time. I will be returning!"

"For my first time in Japan, this hotel is amazing experience. I love it. There is a Lawson in the hotel if you don’t want to go outside and walk to 7- eleven. There are elevators and everything is easy to follow. The bed is soft and the pillows are amazing. I slept like a baby and woke up feeling well rested. I really want to know about the pillow because I am going to order one for myself to use which is regret and I didn’t get a chance to ask the front desk."

"The keio plaza hotel exceeded my expectations. My family of 4 had an amazing stay. The hotel staff was professional and friendly every day. The rooms were stocked perfectly, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The pool was a highlight for our kids each day too. Would highly recommend for first time Japan travelers!"

"New and clean, conveniently located. We stayed the first week we were in Tokyo, we left for Osaka for a few days and came back here for another few days until we flew out of Japan. The area is quiet, which is ideal after a long day in the mostly visited cities. Although, about an hour from Tokyo, the train station is a short walk. There are convenient stores and restaurants and a mall around the area. Breakfast is very good, although I wish they’d change the menu every now and then. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. The room was clean and they do a great job with regular housekeeping. There are amenities and the quality is also better than most hotels we stayed in."
