This is an excellent property with ample space. The amenities inside the apartment is amazing. The location is literally 3-4 mins by walk to Kita-Kashiwa station. The neighborhood is quiet, with local shops and restaurants around. The host is kind and helpful. The kind gesture of the host is really appreciated. I would fully recommend anyone who prefers little quiet ambience, but huge space in the rooms.

We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. A really lovely hotel with a calm atmosphere. Rooms were quiet, amenities were great and the staff were very helpful and kind.

Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

Great hotel, amazing details throughout and first class service. Rooms are small but it is Tokyo, facilities, services (all the bathroom amenities you need, toothbrushes, shavers, etc. And free bottles of water and coffee, etc everyday) are excellent. The best thing about this hotel, location! couple of minutes walk to the nearest train station which is only 5 mins to Akihabara and Ueno (to the east) and 12 mins to Shinjuku and Shibuya (to the west). The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Extremely well situated.

Other Space is a lovely hotel and is literally a stone’s throw from Sensoji Temple. There’s a coffee shop on the 1st floor and a well stocked convenience store. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our superior double room was small but the hotel makes the dimensions of the rooms very clear when you book. There is also a fantastic roof garden with views of Sensoji, Asakusa and the Sky Tree and is a great place to sit with a drink or food anytime of the day. We loved Other Space Asakusa and...

Would stay again. The staff were so helpful and nice. Great coffee from the machine and nice to have it on the terrace in the morning. Useful toiletries to pick up at the desk. Comfortable bed. Fridge kettle etc everything you need for a city break.

Great location near Asakusa station. Perfect for travelling around Tokyo and going to Haneda airport. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Room was spacious for Tokyo standard and had large beds. Very modern and comfortable. Just wish theyd got a bar at the hotel for evening drinks after a day out.

I couldn't recommend this hotel enough! It was absolutely wonderful and in the best location. I had the best time and the hotel really made the trip. Spacious rooms and a great bar and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Many amenities available for all guests. Secure access to the lifts to rooms. Ice cold water available on the floor of the rooms which was a huge bonus. English was available in every way we needed it available. Breathtaking view of Tokyo station tracks and moving trains if choosing a railway viewing room. Reception staff are very professional and speak English well. Rooms are very clean with high standard amenities. JR bus service provides direct return transport at 1500 Yen/Adult single trip to the station which directly connects to the hotel. Minimum efforts for travellers. Abundant choice of restaurants and Daimaru department at the station are very handy.

Great hotel in lovely neighbourhood

I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. Hotel was very nice , great facilities including drinks available, all the essentials in the small kitchenette and staff very friendly. If I had to pick one area to improve it would be the breakfast could be more varied and include more fresh fruit, but really was an excellent base in Tokyo for a short stay.
