"This hotel does not feel like a 4 star hotel as advertised, we got the feeling it was a cruise ship room from a dated ship well past its prime. Go for a newer APA hotel for an equal room and bathroom size but for half the price."

Shinjuku Granbell Hotel

"Toilet extractor fan barely works. Windows cannot be opened rooms are very stuffy and bathrooms smell due to poor circulation. Staff very helpful. Location is great. Rooms are below average having travelled all across Japan in this trip. Bar breakfast area overpriced and limited choices. They could provide more clothes storage area, they provided us with 3 hangers."

"Big room - four full beds. Dining table for 6 people. Huge huge bathroom, with party shower, party tub…..and all marble and gold features. Very lux! Super clean, lots of floor space to open and repack suitcases. We had 6 full suitcases for three people…. And had room to organize prior to morning flight out. We took the 6:30am shuttle to the airport. Service was very organized with employees directing. They had full motor coach buses, one for each Terminal. Perfect airport location!"
