The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. One thing I found inconvenient was that they don't provide complimentary water, so if you want drinking water, you have to use a water dispenser in the lobby.

Very thoughtful and helpful staff, always offering us heat packs/ umbrella when we leave in the morning. Onsen is small but has both indoor and outdoor areas, good vanity supplies and hair dryer. Location is excellent if you drive and want to be based near the Hoshino resort area. Plenty of things to explore within 20min drive from hotel.

We stayed at the Dormy Club primarily for its location near the Bird Sanctuary but we found it had much more to recommend it. Our room was basic but very comfortable. The hot mineral bath facility was excellent with both an indoor and outdoor bath both of which were easy to access from our room. We were also pleased to find that many nice restaurants and breakfast places were nearby. The Dormy Club staff spoke English and were very kind to us.

全体的にキレイです。部屋は広くないですが、寝るだけなので問題なかったです。部屋に洗面所がなく、共用の風呂まで行って顔洗って歯を磨きましたが、近いのでそんなに手間ではなかったです。 とにかくスタッフの方が全員いい人でした。

子連れで2泊しました。 子ども向けに遊べるスペースや、お風呂には子ども向けのシャンプーリンス、無料のアイスバーやコーヒーなどもあり、とても良かったです。お風呂付きの部屋にしたのですが、お風呂も広く、窓を開けて、外の虫や鳥の鳴き声を聞きながらゆっくりとお風呂に入ることができました。 朝食なしのプランにしたのですが、到着してから、追加でお願いしました。6歳の娘の分はなしで、大人2人分だけ頼みましたが、娘に取り分けても充分過ぎるくらいの量で、味もとてもよく、大満足です。 点数をつけるなら99点です。 1点は、ホテルから出て、その先メイン通りに出る時、草木が生い茂っていて(ホテルの敷地ではないですが)、左右、特に右からくる車が見えなくて危ないので、どうにかできないかな…という希望だくです。ちなみにホテルから出る時はスタッフの方が見送りをしてくださいました。 総体的に大満足の宿なので、子どもがいる家族や友人にも薦めたいと思います。

一人旅でお世話になりました

小さいけれど、貸し切り状態の露天風呂が最高に気持ち良かったです。朝も早い時間に行ったら、一人ゆっくりできました。スタッフの方々には優しくて丁寧に対応して頂きました。洗面所の水道が水漏れしていて、ずっとポタポタしているのが気になりましたが、他は居心地良く過ごさせて頂きました。ありがとうございました。

軽井沢の素晴らしいホテル

大浴場と朝食が素晴らしく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。お風呂は内湯と露天風呂があり、混み合うことなくゆっくりと浸かることができました。アメニティもしっかりとしており好印象でした。昼食はビュッフェタイプで、卵料理を選ぶもので、オムレツを選びましたが、ふわふわでとても美味しかったです。部屋のテレビは小さめですが、リラクゼーションスペースには超大型のテレビがあり、テレビ好きな人には良いと思います。駅から離れますが、星野リゾートのハルニエテラスにも近く、軽井沢を満喫するにはロケーションも良いと思います。チェックアウト時に写真撮影の声がけを頂きお願いしました。私達の車が見えなくなるまで手を振ってお見送り頂き、おもてなしの心を感じました。とても気持ちよく過ごすことがでしました。

お風呂は小さいです。 露天風呂は緑に囲まれた良い香りでとてもリラックスできました。 朝食は給仕がしっかりしてるところがさすがの軽井沢(笑) ハルニレテラスで夕食をとったのですが、雨のため車で。 晴れていれば散歩がてら歩いていけると思います。

Nice hotel with quiet atmosphere

The hotel is located in the Sengataki area which is one local line station away from the busy Kyu-karuizawa area and thanks to this, the surroundings of the hotel is very quiet and made us feel that we were staying in our summer house. Although the location is away from Kyukaruizawa area, there is a newly developed Hoshino resort area nearby and we were able to enjoy the sophisticated atmosphere as well.

心遣いの行き届いたホテル

ホテルの従業員の対応がとても良く，細かいところまで行き届いたサービスに満足の一言でした。 また，朝食についても，ハーフビュッフェのため，落ち着いた雰囲気で食事ができます。 機会があれば是非宿泊したいと思います。
