"The staff were outstanding. They were very attentive and focused on the guests, anticipating what wse needed."
"We were very comfortable at Hotel Karuizawa Cross. We liked the clean and spacious room, and we appreciated the friendly and helpful gentleman at the reception desk. Dinner at the Italian restaurant in the hotel was delicious, and the hot breakfast buffet the next morning was appreciated. Additionally, Hotel Karuizawa Cross is located next to a popular street with shops and restaurants. We look forward to our next visit!"
