"Only issue was the shuttle bus had restricted hours not made clear in advance. Room basic but fine and quiet. Staff helpful. It is rather an isolated location but nearby a couple nice restaurants and a mini mart. A bus stops nearby. I didn't know how far out CDG airport is from Paris, each Metro trip is about 14 Euro/$33 round trip. "

"If you're seeking a nice, convenient place for a night before heading home to the USA out of CDG Airport (T2) - and you're a Bonvoy person - this is an easy choice and no brainer. A few minute walk to from the main rental car return, and international departure gates for the USA; nice comfortable rooms and good bistro all on airport grounds. Great choice before heading home to NA from Europe."

The staff are friendly and knowledgable...I loved that I could walk 5 or 10 minutes and be at the CDG airport...I love Citizen M! "

"Nice big room but on arriving late a bit frustrating having to go and find the water tap to fill the jug up. Also, had a Nespresso machine but no pods but had sachets of coffee but no kettle. Rang reception who said there were no pods until the morning, which was fine, and they sent a kettle up, but surely that should have been checked and arranged when the room was prepared. Minor issue but at that price for a room expected better. "
