"Great hidden away spot for a comfortable night's sleep. I selected this based on it's 10-15 min cab ride distance from the airport. After a super long flight I knew I just wanted to get to my room. The villa is spacious, clean, and modern. The bed was large and comfortable. the staff were very friendly. In fact they sent me a WhatsApp the day of my arrival so I was able to be in touch that way. They accommodated my late (after midnight) check-in with no problem. Did not get to use the pool but...

"No hot water for shower for 2 days of our stay. I tried to discuss concern with hotel staff but they did not find a solution and said they did not speak English.
Bad customer service - elevator was not working. Breakfast was finished by 8 am even though we were told breakfast was until 10 am. I had to ask for food. Hotel staff was not proactive. The safe was not working.
The air conditioner was broken.
