"Very impressive hotel. Plenty of available parking and on arriving the staff at reception were helpful, friendly and ensured our check in was quick and easy. Lovely bar and restaurant where we ate as it was extremely well presented/decorated/furnished. My room was large and well appointed and like the rest of the hotel nicely furnished /decorated and it makes a pleasant change to a lot of hotel rooms to have both a large shower and large bath. Both our evening meal and breakfast were excellent....

No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. Slow service, wrong order after long wait followed by another long wait for the correct...

"It is in an excellent location, probably to have two vending machines for drinks and snacks, one in the lobby and the other next to the terrace, and open stairs way from the M floor to the lobby, not just the elevator service. Our stay was excellent. Thank you."

"I chose this hotel because of its very close location to train station. It is a short and easy walk onto the city. My room was small but functional; very basic. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was offered. Unfortunately I visited during a heat wave so my room was very warm (could not feel cool air at all eventhough vent was on) which made it difficult to be comfortable at night."
