"Very run down hotel does not deserve 5 start. Shocking lobby. And not clean at all cigarette butts everywhere and dirty napping around pool area. Need a proper maintenance and cleaning."

"Good breakfast - omelette & noodle soup stations, well equipped gym, pool - slide and volley ball net = hours of entertainment for kids. No issue getting sun loungers. We went for a basic room which had a view over the pool, comfy beds & good shower. Good value for money and comfortable."

"Great place to stay. Walking distance to shops and nightlife. Everything was clean and well kept. The views from the poolside villas are absolutely amazing! Azu and the entire staff was super friendly, very responsive and helpful. The entire staff made me feel welcomed and at home. They are all wonderful people. Thank you!!"

"very warm greetings from staffs when we arrival at the hotel. very nice and chill lobby. comfortable and clean. had a blast swimming and enjoying their pool facilities. well served by their staffs over the few days my family were here. very accommodating to checking out requests. really grateful for their kindness and service."

"Beautiful hotel and location, can’t beat being right on the beach. The room was clean and tidy, staff were always very friendly. I loved the breakfast and the view. The pool was beautiful overlooking the beach. I’ll stay here again when I visit Phuket again."
