The property has a great scenic view, but that is as far as I would say was great about this place. Our encounter was horrible we checked into a Villa that had cockroaches, extremely dirty mattresses, dirty sheets, and a not so clean living space. We arrived late night and complained immediately about the issues but since the cleaning crew was done for the evening we made the best of it and received new blankets for the night. The issues were supposed to be solved the next day but only the mattress was addressed. After a subpar make believe cleaning service, we still had the same dead cockroaches , and dirty living space. We once again complained to management to no avail. The only reason why we didn’t checked out of the Property was due to the fact that every property we contacted and considered was booked for the week. This was an extremely disappointed experience.

The property has a great view of the ocean. Clean and comfortable living. It's located on the top of the mountain so it's not walking friendly. You'll need to have transportation to get around.

Me and my family had a wonderful time in Phuket The View. The rooms were amazing, the pool was awesome and my daughter had the best moments of her life. It’s a condo so don’t expect super fast hotel service but overall MR Sunny And Miss Milk was very helpful. As it is Thailand the staff they are very respectful and friendly. I have nothing to complain about and if in the near future I visit Phuket again I would love to stay at the view again. Thank you

The property charged us extra for cleaning, but they didn’t come and clean the place daily.. it was alternate days.. and we clear the bill earlier due to early morning flight, they cut off hot water and water pressure on the last day which was very unreasonable

The Perfect Stay
i booked the hotel for my proposal and the staff helped with the decorations. they also prepared a cake for my girlfriend's birthday. we could also get to the various attractions nearby and back by getting the hotel to ferry us using their shuttle bus.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa for 4 nights in December. The view from the room and pool area was phenomenal! Room was nice and clean, they had a washer/dryer which was handy. Breakfast was ok, nothing wow about it. The only thing I would say is, if you or someone with you has mobility issues, please don’t book this place as it’s up a very steep hill. They do have a shuttle which brings you up and down to the Main Street but sometimes they can be late. But overall, we had a wonderful experience and would love to go back there again. :)

Great views of the beach from the room, room was very clean and well maintained. The villa was very spacious. We had a daily shuttle to Karon and Kata beach, which we found to be very useful. Hotel staff were very receptive, hospitable and helped us with our sight seeing and moving around Phuket.

Amazing!
Everything about this place was beautiful and clean. Great place, great pool, and of course great views. Nice and friendly staff also! Food is also amazing from the bar. Location seems great although we didn’t get a chance to get out much! It was near shopping markets and down the street from the beach. Thank you so much, will be returning!

Lovely view but far from beach and shopping
Lovely view and big rooms. Quiet and serene. Rather far from the beach and shopping areas so you’ll need the shuttle each time you are heading out. Very steep slope.

Everything is nice. Just the too much stairs to access is abit hassle for people with kids and elderly. We are happy with our stay and our children had a great time with a great view to wake up to and watch before we sleep. Thanks!

The View here was amazing ! The pool was great. Service above par. The only drawback it was so nice we wanted to stay there and not go out and explore. Overall amazing experience.

Amazing ocean view, nice staff, with free shuttle
Very friendly and helpful staffs, they can arrange for shuttle to and from airport (with a fee) and free shuttle around the 2 beach area around the hotel, which is very convenient! However you do need to call the hotel to arrange for a pick up from the town so be sure to have a SIM card with you. Amazing views from the hotel pool and our own patio, stunningly beautiful 180 degree ocean view! We find little bugs (mostly caterpillars, nothing dirty or gross) in our room everyday, and sometimes the table at the pool restaurant wasn’t wiped clean at breakfast. But the room is clean and very nice in general.

Well located and a pleasing design. The furnishings and fittings were adequate. The staff were, without exception outstanding and super responsive to immediately fixing any niggles. The communal pool area was probably not large enough to cope when busy, but the staff compensated enormously with the service provided. We hired our apt at a 50% discount which was about the right price compared to similar properties; overpriced at full asking price.

Wonderful view for sunset and good service. The supplies are satisfying for everything. The nice room feel comfortable. The water come out from the shower is good. But the pool bar provides the same breakfast everyday. It’s better for providing more facilities other than gym room. The button of the jacuzzi was broken and out of order for one side. It’s worth to book again.

The view was amazing. Me and my friends enjoyed the stay. Staff were friendly. Disappointed that we were unable to use the main pool on day of checkout as they were upgrading main pool deck. We only knew about the upgrading through a letter when we came back to hotel the night before. It would be much appreciated if we were informed of the upgrading when we checked in so we could have rearranged our schedule.

Luxury Villas looking over the ocean
Fantastic modern facility which staff were all very friendly and helpful and the view as per it's name "outstanding". Recommend any one to stay their except those who don't like walking up stairs. Being lodged half way up a mountain to secure those brilliant views means you have to have access which means stairs. They were not a problem for my wife and I but may be for the elderly.

The view of Phuket is beautiful from The View!
When my friends got there, they had to have our room cleaned as the sheets weren’t clean and there was rust in the shower. They immediately came and rectified that issue. Other than that, the room was great. The hill from the street to the hotel is NO JOKE. We walked up it just so we can say we conquered it... we were sweating profusely when we got to the top. Milk arranged it for us to have a private chef on New Year’s Eve and that was an awesome experience. It came out to be cheaper than if we would have gone to a restaurant. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. The breakfast was “ok” and could have been much better, but it is what it is... All in all, a good time was had!

Have a huge slope from main road to Villa entrance
Have a huge slopes upward from main road to Villa entrance. Villa did provided shuttle bus come down to pick up but need to call reception to book it. We reach the main road on 830pm and called many times till 910pm but no one answer our calls. In the end we need to climb up by ourselves. It was very dark, scary and tired. When we reached Villa, find out that the receptionist was chatting with their staff outside their office. They seems like very friendly & helpful but when you ask about where can get a good and reasonable price for activities like Canoeing/ Elephant trekking/ ATV ride, they will bring you go to a quite far place to buy the very expensive activities package which you can find the very cheap package(less than half price & more activities) near the main road.

The view
Excellent view, top of the hill. It is not easy to climp up or down. However, the staff are very helpfull to provide a lift to the beaches and back to the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and do their best to help you, Milk was great!

Nice accommodation and view
The accommodation was well maintained and place was quiet for me to relax and recharge. The beach was easily accessible through the shuttle. Night market was within walking distance for us to pack meals. The steep slope leading to the villa was very challenging but the free shuttle service was good. Overall, my family had a very enjoyable getaway at the villa.

A nice place with a view
This was an amazing place. Great view and close to the beach, shopping, and restaurant. We have been living in Krabi, Ao Nang, Rawai, Bangkok, Kamala but this place had exactly what we were looking for. A lot of tourists, but we got nice service and the area was very clean. We will return.

Excellent view and staff!
Beautiful sunset view! Staff was very accomodating. Room was clean. We had a very enjoyable stay in The View! It is far from the beach. But there’s a shuttle available for guests to use pretty much any time. The shuttle can take guests to Kata Beach and Karon Beach. We would definitely book here again.

I cannot say enough about this hotel, really. Let me start off by saying that all of the review about "the hill is too steep and no one will drive up it" are wrong. Book a taxi through the hotel and there is no problem, or better yet, do what we did and rent motorbikes (that can be done through the hotel too). The pictures of this place do not do it justice. We had the 3br VIP rooms, which were listed at the time at 50% off (Around $400 USD) which was a steal. I went with 2 couples (including myself and gf) so it broke down to 200$ a night per couple, which again was a great price!! I know it is Thailand, but I always finding myself comparing room prices to what I would pay in the states, and in the states this room would easily cost a grand a night. Then entire living room wall opens up, it has a full kitchen, a personal pool and a personal Jacuzzi, walk in rain showers (Which is a MUST for ANY place that I stay) and the location is close to Kata and Karon beach. Patong (for nightlife) is a bit of a hike (20 min drive) but rent a taxi, get the guys number and call him when you are ready to leave (if you want to party / drink). I overbooked for 1 night and asked for a refund, which they couldn't provide me with but credited me a night for when I return, which I will do. This place is amazing, if the price is right when you are going to visit, you MUST stay here!!

Best view in Phuket
Beautiful view, well worth the price. Maintenance of facilities and operations was not fully there, but the view made it worthwhile. The hill is pretty steep, and takes about 20 min to walk slowly up - it is nearly a 60 degree incline. There is a shuttle available to take you to Kata town and the beach, so it is not that bad.
