"Love the location, surroundings, ambience, the staff, amenities, food and drinks. Too bad the travel agent office has closed else it would be very easy to arrange for sightseeing and day trips. But the reception was equally as helpful. The property location is perfect, not too far from Patong and Karon town to give you the quiet and seclusion, but close enough to access both commercial areas of Patong and Karon town, beach with a short taxi or tuk-tuk ride. Hats off also to the minute details taken care at the property, like Geo (the Management Trainee) who introduced himself and genuinely asked for feedback and engage us as guests, and down to the detailed housekeeping who brought us water each day and takes the effort to call us, even though we put the sign out that room housekeeping was not required. And finally, the music played around the pool area is perfectly suited for the chill atmosphere on the site, lounge EDM, that brings vibrancy to the area. Overall, a top property and I will definitely be back again!"
