DO NOT STAY HERE. Our room was very dirty and not what we expected - stains on the sheets and pillows, dirty showerhead, broken toilet seat, unclean A/C unit, non working tv, the most uncomfortable hard bed. The breakfast buffet looked pitiful and we did not even waste our money. We decided after the first night we did not want to stay here ever again, even though we had 2 more nights booked and paid for. We found a much cleaner hotel closer to the beach for $20 more a night. The front desk lady said she could not refund our money for next 2 nights, even though we were not staying there. She said we would have to go through Expedia to get a refund. She lied. Expedia would also not give us a refund. They also upgraded us from studio room to a "nicer room", so I can only imagine what the studio is like....take my advice pay a little more if you can and stay somewhere else!!!

The hotel has 50 guest rooms, customers no problem. And from your room, the hotel can fix it. But the policy can not be refunded to customers. The show is already Slip payment Your customer's perception anyway, thanks for the feedback.

Highly recommend! The staff is very friendly, very close to night markets and great restaurants, and the pool is nice! They upgraded us to a nicer room for free as well!

From the greeting to registration, you will encounter professionals that go out of their way to help and make you comfortable. The hotel is clean & constantly being looked after. We were offered a free upgrade and that was totally unexpected. Location is off the main road but easily accessible to shops, food or whatever you seek. Thanks for the enjoyable stay,

Nice hotel. I didn't stayed at the main building but it was good nevertheless. Really really friendly staff, amazing experience!! The only problem is that you have a free transportation to and from the beach but if you want to walk it's a little bit far (20m walk) to either Kata or Karon beach. The same with restaurants at night, you have to walk or use the hotel restaurant that is good but limited with choice if you are staying more than a couple of nights.

Great week stay at this hotel. Very clean room and down a quiet street off a very busy loud main road. Staff were very helpful with our requests. Need a scooter,shuttle or about a 15 minute walk to beach area. Cheap local eats nearby compared to the touristy strip near beach.

First of all,I took this hotel because of high review rate,I booked budget room which is disaster,after 2 days It was changed to new wing after my complain and new room was very nice.Stuff are very polite,it is 15min walk from Kata and 20 from Karon beach,night food market is 7 min away,breakfeast is set menu -omlet,1 sausage,1 piece of ham,no fruit,no vegetables every day and I give up from it.Better go to Karon or Patong,You will feel like in desert...

Great hotel for the money, but not close to beach
great stay, large clean room, even a bit of a gym with a nice host. Only thing to say is its a bit of a walk from the beach, maybe 15-20 mins but there is lots to see on the way. No doubt anything closer to the beach would be either 3 times the price or no where near as nice

Warm Welcome!
This place was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The bathroom set up was a bit odd (the toilet was really close to the shower), but it met our needs and was very clean. The hotel was close to most things you could need- pharmacy, 7/11, fruit market, night market (food, souvenirs, etc). It was about a 15 minute walk to the beach, but the hotel does offer a shuttle that drops you right off at the beach and then comes back to get you. The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful and even went out of their way to help with extra needs (one even found a friend to take us to a specialty shop in Phuket Town). Overall, this was one of the top 2 places we stayed in all of Thailand. I almost regret rating it so highly because I don't want the secret of how great this place was to get out and make it too full for me to stay during my next trip to Phuket!

nice hotel in good area
this hotel has helpful staff and good facilities , nice plus are the computer room with PC available, and gym room. There are no lifts but the staff helped carrying the luggage. the room was clean and spacey with a balcony, not the greatest view though. they have a shuttle car to the beach too. Overall a good value for money.

Very nice staff and service. We were welcomed with cold drinks and fruit. The room was clean and nice, towels beautifully folded. The bed was very good. That's all you need after a long flight. We would definitely come back. Big thanks to the hotel management of the hotel.

We had a pleasant 4nights here. The hotel is scrupulously clean and the staff friendly. An added bonus was the free shuttle service to Kata beach.

Kata Karon beach Thailand
Although not near to kata beach it's a lovely stroll to both kata and Karen beaches which are lovely . Nightlife is good and there are a host of resturants from really economic to very nice . We hired mopeds from a local place and explored as far as phuket . Good connection from phuket to phi phi .as this hotel is off the beach area you get lots more for your money . Oh and it has a gym

Its new! Super clean! Really really nice staff. But room could use some personal touch it looks very sterile. Very plain. And the water temp will change suddenly making for an interesting shower experiance. But sleepy quiet area close to cheap eats and low cost shopping. New hotel being constructed next door so early morning noise! But nothing hotel could do about that. Very clean though and fair price

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and nice. Big spacious room for the price. Nice fridge in the room. When we go to Phuket next time, we will definitely come back to this hotel. I wish if the owner of the hotel can start the same hotel or bungalow resort in Koh Samui, with Mr O as a gerenal manager... It would be the best place to stay and spend vacation.

Great place to stay
Great location for Kata beach and away from busy Patong beach, very cozy hotel and walking distance to Seven 11 and Tesco stores.If you are looking for some quite place to spend your holiday, then this is the place. Close to the beach within walking distance. do remember to add "patak Soi 7" on the address as it's not mentioned on the Web address.

The owner is totally awesome, she'll help you out with anything but they don't speak that much english. For the price and this neighborhood I think this is perfect! You get away from all the touristy things and Chalong is a divers paradise for those into diving!

The feedback we read about this hotel made us book it and I must say it was really like what it said. Really cost hotel, nice staff, close enough to restaurants and markets. We also walked up to big buddha not so far from the hotel (CC something hotel, with pink sign) took less than 2 hours! Loved the location!

Just a great place!!
We stayed for 3 nights and we enjoyed it very much. The staff was very helpful with all kinds of questions and the room was clean and had a nice comfortable bed. Location is also good, atm, local market, some restaurants in walking distance. Recommended !!!

Отель нормальный в целом, для очень непревередливых людей, просторные номера, обшарпанная мебель, почему-то никто не пишет про ванную и душ!!! Это ужаснейшее место во всем номере. Шторка не грязная конечно, но просто дырка в полу - это ужачно, все вокруг мокрое, на полу в ванной нельзя ходить, так как все в брызгах. Завтрак очень скудный, можно бы и побольше ассортимента. Номера убирают чисто, вроде как нормально, но много муравьев в отеле, с которыми не борется и не травят.

L' hotel si trova, in una zona densa di costruzioni varie , non vicino alla spiaggia ed alla zona ristoranti, anche se per la spiaggia è previsto un servizio navetta ad orari prestabiliti è decisamente consigliato l' affitto di uno scooter. L' hotel non ha ascensore. Colazione nella norma. Disponibilità di asciugamano per il mare.

Hôtel au calme. Une navette gratuite est disponible toutes les 2h pour les plages. Nous avons été surclassé, ce qui nous a permis d'avoir un balcon. Très agréable. Petit hic, concernant la douche, pas pratique est petite à mon goût. Nous avons réserver vià l'hôtel notre transport pour Ko Lanta. Vreiment parfait, rien à faire, de la navette vers le ferry à la réservation des deux bateaux. Manque de choix pour le petit déjeuner pour ceux qui aiment manger sucrer hormis sa je recommande cet hôtel.

Overall the hotel was good. Some noises could be heard from the hallway, and we got a small lizard in the room. The wifi did not work in the rooms, sometimes it did, but it was very bad. We requested to stay one extra night, but had to move to a different room. That was not nice because our neighbours decided to be very loud between 4-6am, and we don't know who sent us a note complaining to us about the noise. The hotel provided free shuttle service to Kata, Kata Noi and Karon beach. It didn't take long to walk either, but the hotel has possibility to rent a motorbike, which is good.

Чисто, хорошо,тихо ,поздравили с 14 февраля яблоками и конфетами ,но почему-то зажали шампунь, пузырек дали маленький, нам троим хватило на один день,и не добавляли,хоть мы и просили . Полотенца на ребенка не давали,хотя плату за него взяли.Интернет ужасный , приходилось на лестнице сидеть возле роутера или на рецепции.До пляжа далековато ,но раз в час машинка возит .

Ottimo hotel nuovo con camere pulite e letti comodi. Colazione ottima, ristorante consigliato anche per la cena, molto carino. davvero comodo a 10 minuti a piedi dal paesino di Kata. Disponibile servizio navetta A/R per Kata e Karon. Consigliatissimo!!!

Die Strände sind halt voll von Tourismus, wer das liebt ist hier genau richtig. Nicht die sauberste Umgebung, also man kann es riechen. Ansonsten ist in der Umgebung alles vorhanden

Schönes Gästehaus mit tollem Service.
Wir haben 3 Wochen über Expedia gebucht. Dies ging alles reibungslos und zu einem günstigen Preis. Der Empfang im Gästehaus war sehr freundlich und das Team ist um "Alles" sehr bemüht. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, mit großem Balkon, tollem Bett und Klimaanlage (sehr leise), TV, Wasserkocher usw. Das Gästehaus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Man kann viel zu Fuß erledigen. Ringsherum gibt es verschiedene Märkte, Supermärkte und Restaurants. Zum Strand sind es etwa 1km. Da wir einen Roller hatten, war das alles kein Problem. Es gibt zwei Gästehäuser in der gleichen Straße. Wir haben im neuen Haus (Upgrade durch das Gästehaus) gewohnt. Preis- Leistung ist unschlagbar.

Bodde i deras budgetrum (budget double bed "no balcony") och blev positivt överraskad. Vi blev bjudna på en drink vid ankomsten av en snäll kvinna som visade oss till vårt rum där vi fick färsk frukt. Rummet hade egen dusch med toalett samt att wi-fi var gratis. Det finns ett mindre gym i huvudbyggnaden och dessutom ett vardagsrum med datorer och bokhyllor som man kan hänga i om man vill. Det tar ca 15 minuter att gå till Kata Beach men orkar man inte det så kör hotellet dig dit gratis varannan timme.

Jeg har været på Baan Kata Maytha fra den 29. dec 2015 til den 25. januar 2016. Personalet på hotellet er utroligt hjælpsomme, smilende og taler fint engelsk. Der er pænt og rent, og værelserne har en god størrelse. På så lang en ferie kom jeg til at savne en pool, og en bar/restaurant. INTERNETTET var en katastrofe de første 3 uger, til stor frustration, fortvivlelse og vrede fra min side. Det er simpelthen ikke godt nok!! Jeg skrev en mail til ejeren af hotellet - og fik aldrig svar. Retfærdigvis skal det siges at de skiftede udbyder og internettet den sidste uge blev væsentligt bedre.
