"Very large hotel in spreadout area with broad streets, not particularly walkable, but great S-Bahn and streetcar connections right outside to get around easily (get a multi-day pass!). "Hotel is in a location with excellent transport links and shops locally. Staff on check in desk were friendly. Room was spacious and good size for a family of 4. The only negative was the beds! The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable at all as you could feel the bars from the sofa bed through the mattress, and the springs were noisy even with children using it, The 2 main single beds were quite hard. "Hotel was Great. Comfy bed, nice staff, provided a decent hairdryer for me. Wish there was a kettle in the room though. Not the hotels fault but getting into town was a nightmare - the airport train was suspended due to essential work - the replacement bus 163 to Schönefeld to get another train was terrible - the bus was delayed by 40 mins on several occasions. I’m sure it’ll be better when this problem is fixed and hope it is soon, if the rail link was open it would be a great place to stay....
