Staff came to our room at around 9 p.m. to help but was not successful. She then said, "Well you are about to go to sleep aren't you?" When I told her that I was planning to watch tv, she said she would try to find another box and she would call me - that was the last I saw or heard from her. The a/c was terrible. Either hot or freezing all night. I mentioned this to her when she came for tv, but heard no response about that problem."
